American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.

Decided to grab some breakfast this morning while out running errands and bagels sounded like a great idea! Since we were out and about we decided to do a run through the drive thru instead of going in and honestly I donโt believe it would have mattered. We waited 10 minutes to even order which the lady apologized and said they were short staffed but then we waited an additional 17 minutes in the drive thru to get our order. Looking inside we could see that it only appeared to be two people working the entire place. This is unacceptable and my review is towards management not the workers. The amount of stress those two ladies were under because youโre not able to appropriately staff is ridiculous. Both were hustling and doing the best they could. Einstein owners, I understand things happen, people call out or quit even but YOU show up for your team by either getting there and helping or calling on backup. The wait time we had was terrible and no excuse for it. We could have gone in a restaurant for breakfast. Please do better. The food was delicious.

Waited to get our order taken. Stood by the case of bagels, they ignored us. A guy came after us, they took his order. Made his food. We stood there and they gave him his food, then went back to whatever they were doing. Still ignored us. Finally we just left. No food. They looked like they were purposefully avoiding eye contact w us to not have to take our order Never coming back/trying this one again. We love this franchise as a whole

I donโt usually leave reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. The wait time is already excessive, but what makes it worse is not even receiving what I ordered and paid for. I ordered the farmhouse bagel and instead got a dry hash brown bagelโฆ no toppings, no egg, nothing close to what I paid for. Really disappointing.

I tried Einstein Bros. Bagels for the first time today and I really enjoyed it. Iโm glad there was nobody behind me because it took me quite a few minutes to decide. They have many options to choose from. I ended up deciding on the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich. I added avocado by the way. I pulled around and they handed me my sandwich within 2 minutes of pulling up to the window. I quickly drove home and got into it. The brisket was surprisingly tender and had a pretty good flavor to it. The smoky chipotle aioli mixed with the avocado made for a great flavor combination. The cheddar jalapeno bagel was nice and toasted, but still soft and warm in the middle. The melted cheddar was also a nice touch. It was a bit pricey at $11 (avocado was extra), but it was still worth it to me. I feel like Iโll definitely add this into my regular rotation. If you havenโt tried Einstein Bros. Bagels, nowโs the time.

Well this my first time my wife and I went there and I did not like the service. First off we asked if they had gluten free bagels and they said no which was fine. When we asked if they offered dairy free options they said no and when she listed what kinds of milks they had she mentioned almond and silk. So kind of rude about it but just to let everyone know they charge .80 cents for a non dairy milk which is a lot. So we not happy with the serve also not enough gluten free options. Update 9/2/22 This place has not changed except the price of items but it has gotten a bit worse. I have been here for about 2 hours and when I first got here the coffee was not fresh and the milks were not filled up. Now two hours later none of the staff refilled anything. This is something that bothers me. Also the lack of soda options is displeasing because there are only three choices to choose from which there should be 6. I do not know when the next time I will be coming but not for a while. The place needs to get their act together and do better like Panera bread.
